Media Mogul/yachtsman TED TURNER, piloted his former yacht American Eagle to 4 first place finishes to win the Pine Brothers Trophy at last weekend’s International 12-Metre North American sailing Championships in Newport, Rhode Island. Over the two day event which features the most skilled 12-Metre sailors in the world, Turner captured 4 first place and 1 second place finish to claim the Pine Brothers Trophy. The trophy is given to the yacht with the best overall performance. Pine Brothers is the proud sponsor of the International 12-Metre North American Championship.
