Shipping

Standard shipping is $7 on orders of $50 or less and free on orders over $50. Two day delivery adds $5 to either.

Single bags and multipacks ship from Amazon's fulfillment network. 24 count cases ship directly from Pine Brothers. An order with both arrives as separate shipments, each with its own tracking.

We ship within the United States. We do not ship outside the United States at this time.

Returns and refunds

If something arrives damaged, late or wrong, contact us through the contact page on our website within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it.

Packs shipped by Amazon follow Amazon's return handling; we will point you to the right place. Because the drops are a food product, we cannot accept returns of opened bags.
