If something arrives damaged, late or wrong, contact us through the contact page on our website within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it.

Packs shipped by Amazon follow Amazon's return handling; we will point you to the right place. Because the drops are a food product, we cannot accept returns of opened bags.
